Instructions

- In the same skillet, melt the butter and sauté the minced garlic and chopped onion until fragrant.
- Stir in the Italian seasoning and red pepper flakes, then add the heavy cream and beef broth, simmering until slightly thickened.
- Return the cooked beef to the skillet and mix in the penne pasta, ensuring everything is well coated in the sauce.
- Serve hot, garnished with cheese or parsley if desired.
